Handling and quality of food good. Combination of flavours not as expected.

Paid for prawn pad thai but was given chicken pad thai...tasted good, but was not what I ordered. Also, chicken pad thai is $2 cheaper than prawn pad thai, so I paid too much for the order.

Tuna was dry. 2/4 buns were were NOT soft.
Excessive hoisin sauce on 1.
Doable but not at all memorable....

Honestly, I am never ever disappointed with Bao Down - when I am there, I get the best service, the food is amazing and the drinks are soooo good! I really have a great time every time! This time, we tried ordering online for catering in the office and yet again, we were not disappointed. Thank you so so much for being so consistently good!

Bao’s as a food are of course delicious, the recipes here are no different. However the way they were slapped together didn’t feel appropriate for the price.

The baos were ok. The wok squid was a disaster. An expensive waste of money. And to automatically add a tip at check out. Bitch please.
