Third time that I’ve had takeout from here. Tried different things each time and found them moderate to poor tasting. Live in the OV and taken them off the list.

I ordered two Bao platters online. Only one of the platters was in the takeout bag despite my paying for two online. I called the restaurant and the manager was apologetic but because the online ordering if through a third party they could not provide me with a refund. (I live an hour away so it wasn't conducive to drive back to pick up an order or a gift card) The manager recommended I contact the third party platform to request a refund. I could only find "DI develop" on the bottom of the page so tried emailing them last night after I talked to the manager. I'm hoping I hear back today so I can get a refund of the food that was missing from my order.

Amazing Bao’s and awesome price if you grab 4 for $25. This place always has a wicked special every day - favourite is $1 wing Wednesday

What a great company!!! They were so very helpful with every aspect of planning a surprise party for my husband. The food was amazing and they were able accommodate some challenging dietary requirements. I can’t say enough good things about this company.
